Yet it’s been Kyra Bussanich’s mission to produce baked goods that everyone can enjoy.

Bussanich was suffering from Crohn’s disease when she discovered that eliminating gluten from her diet helped reduce the inflammation that exacerbated the condition. Yet it was the lack of quality gluten-free food choices on the market that prompted her to specialize in making her own.
